Authors who present papers and are willing to join the conference in person are required to pay the Full Registration Fee. Besides the publication of one paper in the conference proceedings, it includes: the welcome materials, the access for the person to all the IWAR events, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and Gala dinner. If an author wants to present more than one paper, an Additional Paper Fee is required. If the paper exceeds 12 pages, an Additional Page Fee has to be paid for each extra-page.
Authors who present papers and will not join the conference in person are required to pay the Online Registration Fee. People who want to participate as guests in person (for example co-authors or accompanying people) are required to pay the Guest (in person) Registration Fee. It includes: the welcome materials, the access for the person to all the IWAR events, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners and Gala dinner.
People who want to attend the conference online by teleconferencing tools are not required to pay any fee.
