How to prepare your presentation
The total available time for each presenter will be 15 minutes: 10 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for questions and answers (Q&A).
The template for the presentation is free. In order to ensure compatibility with the computers used in the sessions, please prepare a classic PowerPoint presentation (.pptx) or a pdf.
All the presentations must be held live (either in person or online). We ask to online presenters to prepare a video of their presentation before October 16th. Please note that the video will not replace the live presentation, it will just be used as a backup file if problems like slow internet connection occur. In any case, the presenters must be connected for the Q&A session.
