For IWAR 2024, MDPI’s Open Access Journal, Automation, has graciously agreed to sponsor a Best Paper Award! The winner of the best paper award will receive $500 US in recognition of their high quality, impactful remanufacturing research.

“Through upcoming R&D projects, REMADE’s goal is to develop effective recycling technologies to address the significant increase in EV demand and ensure the recovery of High-value materials for use in future EV production.”

REMADE is a USA national institute focused on accelerating the US’s transition to circular economy. The institute partners with academia, trade organizations, and national laboratories on initiatives such as full Electric Vehicle Reuse & Remanufacturing.
